This all-inclusive adult camp brings you back to the good old days with a traditional summer camp experience. There's no electricity in the wood cabins, and cell phone usage is discouraged.

During the day, there are fun outdoor activities, including rock climbing, zip-lining, mountain biking, winery tours, dance classes, and canoeing. Happy hours feature the karaoke beer garden, games like beer pong, flip cup, and themed dance parties.

04 Zombie Survival Camp

Zombie Survival Camp in the New Jersey Pine Barrens is exactly what it sounds like. This unique, high-octane adult camp is less about singing around the campfire and more about training for the apocalypse. Zombie Survival Camp is the perfect playground for grown-ups with 60 acres of themed buildings, a shooting range, and a fully equipped training facility.

Located at Camp Ramblewood in Darlington, Maryland, Epic Nerd Camp gives you the unique opportunity to embrace your inner geek. At this fantasy-inspired one-week adult camp, guests experience live-action role-playing (LARPing), combat archery, lightsaber sword fighting, ax throwing, wand making, and mermaiding.

Live out your dream of being in a video game while playing Quidditch in or out of the pool, participating in wizard duels, or joining a simulated Space Quest adventure. In addition to the fantastical sci-fi and gaming activities, there is also traditional camping fun such as canoeing, crafting, table games, and yoga.

07 Camp Wandawega

Ninety miles north of Chicago in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, Camp Wandawega is an excellent private retreat spot for people needing some time away from the city. There are special counselor-led programs available at this chic adult camp, such as fire building, knot tying, basic survival, and embroidery. Guests are also encouraged to explore on their own.

Before becoming a hip, trendy outdoor retreat, this camp was a Prohibition-era speakeasy, organized crime hub, and church retreat. The camp has a range of diverse sleeping solutions, including a renovated 1930s summer cabin, bunkhouses, canvas cabins, and a teepee.

08 'Camp' Camp

A weeklong retreat in southwestern Maine, 'Camp' Camp is a place for LGBTQ campers to enjoy the great outdoors while being their true selves. This laid-back adult summer camp is about socialization amid a warm and outgoing community. Activities include dance parties, theater, yoga, arts and crafts, water sports, and hiking.

'Camp' Camp is a place for LGBTQ folks to have fun while connecting with the outdoors and making meaningful friendships. With a focus on charity, the camp's "Camp Gives Back" program donates a portion of the camp store proceeds towards a different LGBTQ organization each year.

09 Adult Space Camp

If you've always wanted to be an astronaut, then Adult Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama, is the place for you. During your epic experience, you will learn exactly what it takes to become an astronaut. The adult space camp program includes out-of-this-world activities like interactive space missions and astronaut simulator training.

Adult Space Camp also includes admission to the space museum, which features one of the world's largest spaceflight collections. Visitors also have the opportunity to tour Aviation Challenge aircraft and view a show in the planetarium or National Geographic Theater.

10 Camp Chief Ouray

Camp Chief Ouray is located on the Snow Mountain Ranch about 1.5 hours northwest of Denver, Colorado. Available to women 18 years of age or older, the camp's goal is to teach outdoor adventure skills while bonding with others. Rustic camper cabins and camper lodge sleeping arrangements are assigned upon arrival.

Among the many activities guests enjoy are fishing, mountain biking, yoga, zip-lining, miniature golf, archery, and crafts, including tie-dye. You may also take the Rowley Homestead history walk or hike in the Rocky Mountain National Park or Snow Mountain Ranch Trails.
