The creator, Frank Moshinskie, started his project as a teenager in the 1930s and expanded it for years until it was large enough to fill an entire exhibition room. Nowadays, his son gives the guests humorous tours of all the different locations within the mini-city: an interactive railroad, a moving Ferris wheel, roaming deer, and so many more.
